Processing & Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours during business days. Please check the estimated delivery time at checkout for your specific country.
Delivery Responsibility
- If an order is undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, re-delivery costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it is beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the delivery.
- If our delivery provider is unable to deliver due to incorrect or inaccessible address details, or if the order is not collected within the timeframe specified in the tracking information, we may arrange a re-delivery at the customer’s expense.
Failed Delivery - Customer Responsibility
We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery in cases where the failure to deliver is the customer’s fault, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect Address – The address provided was wrong or contains errors.
- Inaccessible Address – The delivery location is not reasonably accessible.
- Unsafe Delivery Location – The address cannot be accessed safely.
- Uncollected Order – The customer fails to collect the package within the time specified in the tracking information.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
- Shipping costs shown at checkout do not include any international customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees that may be charged upon arrival in your destination country.
- These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
- If you refuse to pay the applicable duties and taxes, the parcel may be returned to us at your expense. In such cases, orders returned due to unpaid/refused customs do not qualify for refund.
