Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and fully sealed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and sealed, with the packaging in the same condition as received
  • Include the original box and all components
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Page or email contact@bareritual.uk with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus a £3 return processing fee
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to our delivery provider

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Sale & Customised Items

Items purchased on sale or customised products are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@bareritual.uk and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
